In these private sessions your mind/ body and spirit will be nurtured. How? By listening deeply, moving in a slow and relaxed way and attending to you in this sacred time, as a new mother.

We’ll pay close attention to your whole being. Your feelings, breath, energy, movement, posture, abdominal muscle tone, pelvic floor function and biorhythms will be assessed and tended to with utmost care and attention.
