Becoming a Teacher/Finding your Authentic Practice
This training will be tailored to the unique needs of participants who have completed a 200 or a 500 hour TT and feel they need mentoring, or for yoga practitioners who want to get more focused and begin a regular practice balanced with asana, pranayama and meditation.
At the end of this training participants will have developed a realistic and balanced daily practice that suits their particular physical, emotional, spiritual and psycho-social needs, which can become a spring board for future teaching. There will be time to address individuals needs and gaps in knowledge base.
